The People’s Liberation Army of China is ready to enhance exchanges and cooperation with armed forces of all countries on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefits. The Chinese armed force is willing to actively fulfill its international responsibilities and obligations, and to contribute to the peace and common development of the world,” said the colonel.
